Initially joined Design that Matters (DtM) for a one year internship to further develop the Firefly phototherapy device, which I helped conceive as a member of a nine person team in a joint MIT and RISD course. Continued to develop Firefly during the internship which evolved into a full time salary position, becoming the third employee in the organization.
